Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and cancellations. For returns, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please return the unused item to us within 14 days.

You can request a cancellation within 7 days of purchase. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any problems or questions about your order.

Because of the nature of these items, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged or defective. All ready-to-ship items or pieces on sale are also final sales.

Conditions of Return

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. (and shipping back in the event of an exchange)

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• Used items will not receive refunds. 

• There is no restocking fee on returns. Once the item is received I will submit a full refund, less the original shipping fees
